Tithing is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income before anything else comes out. We are to give as we are able. Sometimes that may mean giving more than 10% and sometimes that may mean giving less, but God promises to bless the rest. Most importantly, tithes and offerings should be given cheerfully - as an attitude of worship to God and service to the Kingdom.
